This role directly report to Managing Director – US citizen in Shanghai and Group Financial Controller –Dutch based in Holland . Role & Responsibilities? F&A Operation- Start-up and very hands-on Role to Lead Finance Team in daily Finance & Accounting Operation Build Up and deliver support to every business units- Ensure smooth Finance Operation through GL, Treasury, AR, AP, Inventory, fix asset management to Safeguard Company’s Lacoste Polo Shirts asset ? Reporting- Fulfill monthly financial statements to meet requirements from both statutory local authority and Group management reporting in compliance with both group and Local GAAP, tax policies
? Financial Analysis, Planning and support - Evaluation business plan under financial perspectives on development projects or ad hoc analysis etc.
- Provide analysis information on monthly expense, gross margin, net contribution, sales performance etc.- Develops financial plans by contributing financial information, analysis, and recommendations to operationalstrategic thinking and direction; studying capacity models; establishing financial objectives; preparing and updating rolling forecasts; preparing annual and three-year operating and capital budgets.? Financial management
- Authorize manual checks, company payments on daily basis both AP and expense - Review expenditure with appropriate application approval
- Monitor and develop Credit control, AR collection, and other policies, procedures are in place- Manage foreign exchange transactions and make sure they are in line with foreign exchange control policies and regulations- Experience with financial Software Exact ? Communication Skills
- Maintain good cooperation with local banks, Tax authority, SAFE, Custom, Import and Export agencies - Inter-company group confirmation and information collaboration - Coordinate and liaison with auditors for annual statutory audit and group reporting - Look after HR affairs like Payroll, Staff employment, FESCO Polices,Ralph Lauren Polo shirts
Staff statutory benefit and insurance etc,- Supervise Logistic functions (Logistic & Procurement Manager is under my supervision)- Handle annual inspection conducted by government and tax annual settlement by local tax authority as well as business, tax license renewal and update
