Issue initial quality plan for new product and do mfg risk assessment of new technology/function review and actions plans. Issue the SIT and SVT quality assessment and post the exit phase letter to team base on the clear criterion. Manage manufactory SVT Process, involve in SVT technical issue resolution, review SVT status, and give position for SVT Entry and Exit.
Ⅱ. Global manufactory quality alert managementManaging Quality Alert Problem.E2E managing quality incidents reportd from WW Mfg, coordinate cross function resource on problem solving, quick production recovery to minimize business impact, ensure Lesson Learn and Close Loop in place to prevent recurrence. Give the guidance to site QE for the non-quality alert problem. Quality incident report and status update, coordinate local resource for initial FA, support control build or experiments from tech team. Base on the quality problem severity to give the judgment of quality hold for finished goods.
Ⅲ. L&L（Lesson Learn）For the quality alert problem, if needed, go through LL process for issue closure. Establish the lessons learned mechanism, maintain and continuous improve it. Monitor and collect the performance status from lessons learned report.

Establish relevant quality documents, for example, Model Cosmetic Spec, Standard inspection process, Quality Plan, on going reliability test plan, APQP, PFMEA.chi straightener
Assist manager to institute internal auditing plan, assist SQE department to assess vendor quality, base on production process, and institute IPQC check list for internal auditor to do FAI.
Ⅱ. Product quality control among Pilot Run stageBase on SPC control plan; come into being CPK chart, Plato chart, and conduct inspectors to measure pilot run model.
Complete QA inspection report independently with QC seven methods, and coordinate quality TOP issues to evaluate precautionary measures.
Tracking quality status of pilot run model continually, and organize APQP task force, make APQP control plan initially.
Ⅲ. Product quality control among Mass Production stageConduct OBA inspection, conduct daily/weekly quality meeting regularly, and make daily/weekly/monthly quality reports
Deal with spot quality issue with each department, tracking effectiveness of corrective actions to improve the FPY (First Pass yield rate).chi straighteners
With regard to major quality issues, organize each department and vendor to form 6sigma task force, analyze root cause and work out effective and feasible solutions.
Release CLCA (Closed Loop Corrective Action) /CAR (Corrective Action Request) to production and vendor, in accordance with issues to make detailed reminding sheets.
Ⅳ. Communicate and coordinate with customer
Positively cooperate customer audit factory, for example, Intel/O2/HP/TOMTOM, and fill in auditing reports, prepares ISO documents, to make audit further progress smoothly.
Effective solve customer complains timely, complete task assigned by customer rightly.
Reply the 8D report and CAR that is clear presentation and substantial in content, meanwhile, tracking the effectiveness of corrective action.
